This is an excellent opportunity to develop your consulting and SAP Concur expertise while working alongside experienced professionals on local and international projects.\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the analysis of client business processes and requirements related to expense management and travel requests\nParticipate in end-to-end SAP Concur implementation and support projects, from requirements gathering through testing, go-live, and post-go-live support\nAssist in workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions using SAP Concur Workbooks\nLearn to configure and support SAP Concur solutions, including:\nWorkflows\nExpense and Request modules\nForms\nAudit and business rules\nTax configurations\nTravel Allowance\nSupport system testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution \nAssist with the preparation of client training materials, documentation, and solution walk-throughs \nWork closely with senior consultants, project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders \nSupport incident, change, and problem management activities \nHelp maintain high-quality project documentation, tickets, and deliverables \nFollow SAP Concur implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices \nDevelop your ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders \nStay updated on SAP Concur features, releases, and product enhancements \nEmbrace opportunities to work across different industries, clients, and SAP solution areas \nActively participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning within the SAP team \nUphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct\nWhat you bring matters\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field\nAn interest in SAP, enterprise applictions, business processes, and technology consulting\n0-2 years of relevant professional experience; previous experience with SAP Concur, SAP, ERP solutions, consulting, finance processes, or IT support is considered an advantage\nBasic understanding of business processes, ideally related to travel, expenses, finance, accounting, or HR\nExposure to SAP Concur Expense and/or Request is considered a strong advantage, but is not required\nKnowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP FI, or other SAP solutions is considered a plus\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAttention to detail and willingness to learn\nGood organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to collaborate with colleagues and interact professionally with clients\nA proactive mindset, curiosity, and motivation to develop functional and technical consulting skills\nFlexibility to work across different client environments and industries \nSAP Concur certification is considered an advantage.
