The role contributes to initiatives across the HR function and the broader workforce - including HRIS implementation, HR process optimisation, organisational change and adoption, strategic workforce planning support, reward, culture change, learning and development, and operating model and organisation design activities.\nWorkforce Transformation in this context includes HR function optimisation as well as wider workforce strategy, analytics and operating model changes across employees, contingent workers and digitally enabled (AI/automation) ways of working.\nThe Senior Associate focuses on analysis, documentation, and preparation of high-qualitydeliverables, helping to embed digital and AI-enabledways of working into HR and workforce processes, and providing robust insight and support to managers and senior stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupporting teams in delivering programmes across the following Workforcecapability areas: Organisational change and adoption, HR process/technology implementation, strategic workforce planning, operating model and organisation design, reward and recognition, culture, and learning and development.\n\nSupporting the delivery of end-to-end projectsagainst agreed timelines and quality standards, from design through to implementation, working closely with client stakeholders and other PwC team members.\n\nAssistingin scoping,planningand deliveryof client deliverables, working alongside other workstreams such as technology, process, and system design.\n\nSupporting client interviews, workshops, and analysis ofclient documents and data to help develop a clear understanding of current state and future development.\n\nSupporting business development activities to help identifyand research opportunities on new/existing clients\n\nContributing to a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages wellbeing, innovationand knowledge sharing.\n\nUsingand configuringdigital tools where appropriate tosupport programme delivery and improve efficiency.\n\nUsingAI toolsto enhance the delivery and quality of client engagements.\n\nSupporting basic project management activities on Workforce engagements including the development and monitoring of projectplans, RAID logs, status updates etc.\n\nRequired Experience, Qualifications and Skills\nExperience\nTypically5+ years of experience in consulting or complex corporate environments, with involvement in HR and workforce transformation projects.\n\nProven track recordof delivering end-to-endprojects across Workforcecapability areas (e.g. Organisational change and adoption, HR process/technology implementation, strategic workforce planning, operating model and organisation design, reward and recognition, culture, and learning and development.).\n\nExperience working in multi-disciplinaryteams and, ideally, global or multi-countryprogrammes.\n\nEducation and qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Developmentor a related discipline.\n\nAdvantageous: Postgraduate qualification;
