This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support related to our HR systems and services. The successful candidate will beresponsible for understanding customer needs, providing timely support, and coordinatingwith the IT team to manage HR system projects effectively.\nCustomer Understanding and Support:\nDevelop a deep understanding of customer needs, desires, and challenges related to our HR systems. \nProvide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.\n\nClient Communication and Issue Resolution\nHandle and respond to client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.\n\nCollaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.\n\nFeedback and Documentation\nRecord and document client feedback and system issues accurately.\n\nMaintain comprehensive records of all interactions and resolutions. \n\nProject Coordination\nCoordinate and collaborate closely with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.\n\nDevelop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with both internal and client requirements.\n\nRequirements and Data Management\nClearly document all system requirements and specifications.\n\nOversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity.\n\nKey Competencies\nCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.\n\nSkills, experience and qualifications\nRecognized University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline. \nAt least 4 to 5 years of experience in customer support role with at least 1 year of experience using HR Systems.\nMandatory requirement to have strong functional Payroll knowledge for Malaysia or other countries including legislation and statutory compliance requirement. \nStrong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. \nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills. \nProficiency in documenting system requirements and processes. \nExperience in data migration is a plus. \nAbility to be accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks. \nAbility to work well with others and independently when needed. \nWilling to explore and expand knowledge on an on-going basis.\nWilling to work based on the client's business work days and office hours. \nNote: This is a 12-month direct contract with PwC Malaysia, offering benefits similar to those of regular employees.
