These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.\nJob Purpose\nSupport end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, workforce reporting, performance and reward activities, employee benefits, governance requirements, and HR projects. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing operational documentation, and supporting continuous improvement across HR processes.\nWorkforce Data, Reporting and HR Systems\nPerform monthly reconciliation of Workday reports against payroll sheets for all stations.\nPrepare and provide HR operations data, reports, and ad-hoc analysis as required.\nPrepare Monthly headcount dashboards\nPerformance, Reward, Payroll and Promotions\nSupport the annual increment cycle by compiling line-of-service-wise increment sheets, updating data, preparing and distributing letters.\nSupport the annual bonus cycle by compiling line-of-service-wise bonus sheets, preparing and distributing letters.\npromotion eligibility criteria sheet and coordinate related documentation.\nEmployee Benefits and Statutory Administration\nMaintain complete employee and beneficiary data for health insurance and benefits and claims.\nProvide monthly data for newly enrolled and terminated employees to the insurance company.\nCoordinate with the insurance company to support employees and resolve medical emergency cases.\nCoordinate annual health insurance renewal and manage employee claims.\nProcess reimbursement of staff children’s education expenses in accordance with policy.\nMaintain EOBI data and share it with the Administration and Finance teams each month.\nProcess employee cards.\nOnboarding, Induction and Trainee Administration\nPrepare bulk employee documentation, including trainee joining letters, secondment letters, and account-opening letters.\nCoordinate trainee rotations and administer Forms Q, R and S.\nPrepare batch-wise trainee overtime and leave encashment workings.\nEmployee Exit Management\nPrepare final settlements for terminated employees.\nCoordinate provident fund processing for exiting employees.\nGovernance, Technology and Project Support\nSupport reporting and governance requirements relating to QMSE, Network Standards, and IT audits.\nProvide operational support for additional HR projects and activities.\nRespond to ad-hoc requests and provide
