Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.\nIn this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be part of a team dedicated to safeguarding organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. You will identify vulnerabilities, develop secure systems, and provide proactive solutions to protect sensitive data. Your role will be crucial in understanding the broader objectives of your projects and how your work fits into the overall strategy. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's success in the Cybersecurity & Privacy network.\nResponsibilities\n- Designing and implementing identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information\n- Managing user identities and access controls to maintain secure system access for employees and clients\n- Utilizing Azure Active Directory and other cloud-based IAM solutions to enhance security measures\n- Developing and maintaining authorization management systems to support compliance requirements\n- Collaborating with cybersecurity teams to identify vulnerabilities and propose proactive solutions\n- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for improving security protocols\n- Guiding and mentoring junior team members in cybersecurity practices and methodologies\n- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their security needs\n- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills\n- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm policies and independence requirements\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least a Bachelor's degree\n- At least 5 years of experience\n- Oral and written proficiency in English required\nWhat Sets You Apart\n- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems\n- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials\n- Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management\n- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex identity management challenges\n- Excelling in interpreting data to inform cybersecurity strategies\n- Developing a deeper understanding of IT governance and risk management\n- Embracing change and learning agility in dynamic cybersecurity environments\nUnderstand the importance of have a correct information management\nKnowledge of Information Security and Data Protection\nCorrect Information Security Management\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; neurodiversity; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; marital; or any other status protected by law.
