This role requires strong collaboration with delivery teams to ensure proactive risk management through consistent implementation of quality controls, review mechanisms, and governance practices, while enabling continuous improvement. Also, responsible for ensuring adherence to industry best practices like CMMI Level 3 and ISO, executing relevant processes in enabling execution excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nQuality Consulting and Advisory Delivery support\nProvide hands-on quality guidance to engagement teams on PwC’s Advisory Quality Framework, delivery expectations, and review checkpoints.\nSupport teams with process adoption, documentation discipline, risk management practices, and process review readiness.\nImplement quality controls across key delivery milestones to ensure adherence to defined methods, standards, and client commitments.\nPartner with Project Managers and other quality team members to identify execution gaps and enable corrective/preventive actions.\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify delivery risks early and work with teams to drive mitigation plans.\nFacilitate root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and help define CAPA.\nSupport risk reporting to Advisory Quality Leadership and governance forums.\nProject reviews & Compliance Checks\nConduct health evaluation and project reviews and unearth risks consistently throughout the project life cycle. Facilitate the mitigation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.\nTrack non-conformities and follow up with teams until closure.\nEnable engagement teams in preparing firmwide/client quality reviews.\nContinuous Improvement & Enablement\nIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, automate routine checks, or enhance delivery governance.\nContribute to team-level or AC-wide quality maturity initiatives.\nMetrics, Reporting & Insights\nSupport engagement teams in defining and tracking delivery metrics, KPIs, and health indicators.\nAnalyze trends around defects, risks, client issues, governance findings, and recommend improvements.\nUse analytical/statistical techniques (control charts, basic regression, RCA tools) & tools (Minitab, Crystal Ball, etc.) to generate insights that help teams improve delivery performance.\nCMMI Exposure (Preferred)\nApply understanding of CMMI Level 3 practices as needed for specific engagements or clients following structured models.\nSupport basic gap identification, process tailoring, or metrics alignment where CMMI-aligned practices may add value.\nHelp teams understand how structured process maturity supports quality outcomes.\nSkills & Experience\nExperience in quality, delivery governance, or process assurance roles within consulting, technology, or managed services.\nUnderstanding SDLC, Agile, hybrid delivery models, and quality frameworks.\nHands-on experience with metrics reporting, RCA, process reviews, and quality reviews.\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to partner with delivery teams and influence without authority.\nUnderstand the importance of have a correct information management\nKnowledge of Information Security and Data Protection\nCorrect Information Security Management\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; neurodiversity; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; marital; or any other status protected by law.
