You will work closely with Managers to learn and support multiple project workstreams, contributing directly to client success.\n2 to 4 years of relevant experience in human capital, HR consulting, or related fields.\nStrong analytical abilities to interpret workforce data and develop insights.\nBasic project management skills with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to work collaboratively and independently in diverse teams.\nFamiliarity with HR processes such as talent management, organizational design, or change
