You will have the space to shape technical decisions while continuing to learn from senior experts.\nJob description & summary\nAre you a data professional ready to take the next step in your career, taking more ownership of data engineering projects, working with cloud technologies and modern data platforms, and starting to guide technical decisions?\nAs a Senior Associate Data Engineer, you will:\nCo-design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud-native technologies.\nBuild and automate data ingestion, transformation, validation, and loading processes.\nImplement integrations between databases, applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.\nWork with both batch and real-time data processing solutions.\nParticipate in cloud migration and modern data platform initiatives.\nInvestigate technical issues and develop sustainable solutions.\nPrepare technical documentation and contribute to engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and testing teams.\nSupport technical workshops and explain complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.\nGrow toward Lead Data Engineer or Data Architect career paths.\nWhat matters to us\nSolid experience in software development and data engineering, with a logical and analytical approach to problem solving.\nStrong hands-on experience with Python, GIT, databases, and programming concepts such as object-oriented programming (OOP), along with a genuine motivation to keep growing your technical skills.\nProven project delivery experience in at least one of the following technologies: Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric and Cloud technologies.\nAbility to independently translate technical designs into clear, client-friendly explanations, and confidence in leading technical workshops with clients or stakeholders.\nWhat will help you stand out\nPractical experience with data warehousing, data lakes, Lakehouse architecture, data modeling, data quality, operational data store, or data mastering.\nHands-on experience and certification in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nExperience applying CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices, or automated testing in real projects.\nSolid experience with technologies such as Databricks, PySpark, Snowflake, Kafka, Airflow, BigQuery, or similar tools.\nInterest and initial hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, and AI agents - e.g. using APIs, prompt engineering, Knowledge Graph or RAG.\nWhy you’ll enjoy working here\nProfessional growth that matches your ambitions and pace.
