automation solutions.\nOptimize application performance, security, and scalability.\nCollaborate with product, UX, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.\nParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.\n\nMandatory skill sets:\n4+ years of experience in MERN Stack development.\nStrong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.\nExperience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nHands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.\nExperience integrating AI/GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).\nGit, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\n\nPreferred Skill sets:\nExperience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).\nKnowledge of Vector
