Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; soour clients turn to us first when it matters most.\nMake a real impact\nIn this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Digital Product Designer to join our Product Implementationteam.\nTranslate business ideas into clear product requirements and user journeys\n\nUse design thinking to explore problems, test ideasand shape solutions\n\nCreate prototypes that enable discussion, validation, and decision making\n\nRapidly visualize concepts, flows, and system ideas during live sessions\n\nTranslate workshop outputs into mid fidelity design artifacts\n\nAdjust designs in real time based on participant feedback\n\nCollaborate closely with facilitators and technologists to move ideas from conversation to concrete form\n\nWork closely with product owners, developers, business teamsand stakeholders\n\nSupport usability checks and lightweight validation exercises\n\nDocument design rationale and key assumptions behind concepts\n\nPackage outputs so they can be reused by client or internal teams\n\nUse AI tools to improve work efficiency, speed up explorationand support day-to-day design tasks\n\nSimplify complex processes into useful, easy-to-use digital experiences\n\nHelp shape products that have real impact for clients, teamsand users\n\nWhat you bring matters\nYou are comfortable designing live in front of others, simplifying complex ideas, and rapidly translating discussion into clear, low fidelity design artifacts. \nYou bring:\nUniversity degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus \n4 to 8+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, service design, or related roles \nHands on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar \nFamiliarity with journey mapping, flows, service blueprints, and concept prototyping \nAbility to adapt designs in real time based on group feedback and session dynamics \nConfidence working live in front of stakeholders and multidisciplinary team\nExperience translating abstract discussions into low to mid fidelity artifacts and prototypes \nA strong bias toward clarity, usefulness, and speed over visual polish \nClear verbal communication skills (English and Greek), especially when explaining design decisions to non-designers \nStrong visual thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex systems and ideas\nStrong written communication skills to document rationale, assumptions, and outcomes \nA pragmatic mindset focused on learning, progress, and enabling better decisions \nNice to have\nExperience with AI tools to support research, ideation, design, or productivity\n\nExperience with design systems\n\nPreviouswork on complex digital products or enterprise solutions\n\nBRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY\nYour skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
