It’s better for business and better for society.\nTo reinforce our teams, we are looking for an SME Advisory Senior Associate in our offices in Antwerp.\nYour impact\nAs an SME Advisory Senior Associate, you'll familiarize yourself with the business of your clients and make an impact by:\nEnhance and update our clients' finance processes and reporting systems, transforming data into strategic insights. \nUtilize a data-driven approach to analyze large datasets effectively. \nSupport clients in financial analysis and various ad hoc financial projects. \nProvide specialized expertise to clients' finance teams during investment rounds, M&A activities, and periods of rapid growth. \nGain diverse experiences across finance roles to build strong business acumen. \nEnsure the delivery of high-quality work and pursue continuous improvement. \nEvolve into a trusted advisor for clients, always vigilant of potential risks and opportunities. \nAbout you\nYou hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance. \nYou are proficient with IT tools and have initial experience with PowerBI; expertise in Excel is essential. Familiarity with reporting tools such as Brightanalytics and Emasphere is advantageous. \nYou are a critical thinker with strong analytical skills. \nYou have initial experience with accounting and ERP systems for SMEs (e.g., Dynamics, ODOO, Exact Online). \nYou possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, or Finance. \nYou are a native speaker of Dutch and communicate fluently in English. \nYou can work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility. \nYou are dynamic, flexible, and maintain a professional demeanor. \nHolding the title of ITAA certified accountant/tax advisor is a plus. \nLife at PwC Belgium\nOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
