You’ll focus on global operating model design, operations performance improvement strategy, enterprise-wide process improvement, operations excellence capability development, and Lean/Six Sigma talent and performance management.\nAbout the Role\nThe Associate in this team would be expected to participate in the active growth of our Operational Consulting Practice with focus on the Financial Services industry (Retail Banks, Corporate and Institutional Banks, Asset Management, Insurance and etc). Your role as an Associate will be to work closely with clients to improve and transform the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations and customer experience. You will be delivering complex solutions which can include but are not limited to:\nFront-to-back office operation business analysis and business processes review, redesign and optimisation\n\nTransformational change across a Financial Services organization (core banking solution implementation, technology / digital integration and cost optimisation)\n\nEstablishment of Shared Services Centre and outsourcing function\n\nEnabling technology / digital implementations like RPA, and FinTech related solutions\n\nWork closely with the engagement team, Manager and client representative to deliver the projects\n\nAct as the daily contact point for the clients\n\nAbout you\nGood understanding of key Financial Services operations trends and FinTech (including but not limited to BlockChain, RPA, Machine Learning, IOT)\n\nStrong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills\n\nA proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable design, and develop deliverables that address complex situations\n\nKnowledge of the key strategic business drivers, regulatory constraints and operational process requirements across Financial Services\n\nThe ability to define a strategy, develop business cases and define the target operating model (organization design, customer experience, processes)\n\nStrong Microsoft Office skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio\n\nStrong presentation skills and group facilitation\n\nDemonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff, manage project budgets and develop strong client relationships\n\nExcellent English and Thai written and verbal communication skills\n\nDemonstrate strong inter-personal skills and good communication skills, including the ability to document reports and conduct presentations for clients and key stakeholders\n\nIt will be an added advantage if you have basic competency in the following:\nExperience in operations excellence roles such as digital process optimisation\nInternship experience working in Big 4 Consulting firms and/or Financial Services firms (Retail Banks, Corporate /Institutional Banks, Insurance, Asset
