Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.\nMake a real impact\nIn this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious Associate/Senior Associate for our Tax Advice Team in Athens.\nProvision of tax advisory services related to deals / transactions including buy side & sell side tax due diligence work \nProvision of tax structuring services related to transactions or advice on a post-transaction basis including group reorganizations and day to day tax advice. \nTo carry out technical research on tax legislation or jurisprudence in order to assess complex issues in a wide spectrum of tax matters. \nCollaboration with other Tax professionals in other jurisdictions or Deals professionals for the provision of integrated solutions to our clients. \nTo seek opportunities to invest in yourself and develop your own expertise by taking on greater responsibility and/or more technically demanding tasks. \nManage end-to-end execution of tax-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control and alignment with client expectations. \nAllocate resources efficiently and prioritize tasks based on project goals and deadlines. \nWhat you bring matters\n0-5 years of previous working experience on tax matters; Specific experience in Tax M&A, Tax Certificate, Tax Structuring or International Taxation team will be considered as a strong asset. \nKnowledge on Income tax, VAT, International taxes, accounting, Tax Procedures, Corporate Law matters will be considered as a strong asset. \nBachelor’s degree in Economics, or Accounting & Finance or Law from a top-tier university. \nA Master's degree or a Professional Qualification in taxation will be considered a strong asset. \nCritical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills.\nBusiness writing skills both in English & in Greek. \nA confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients. \nCommercial awareness, including the understanding of wider business issues. \nMotivated, confident and proactive.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. \nComfortable adopting new technologies, including AI, to streamline workflows, increase accuracy, and deliver added value to clients.\nBRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY\nYour skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
