As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, and develop your skills while guiding junior team members and contributing to assigned workstreams with a client-focused mindset. In this role at PwC, you will use critical thinking, interpret data to inform recommendations, respond to diverse perspectives, and apply professional standards as you navigate changing priorities and broader business context.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in the calculation of State and Foreign (IRC 1446, IRC 1441) tax withholdings\nAssist in the review of non-resident state withholding waivers forms \nReview the following tax forms: 1065, 1120, 588, 1099, W-8, 8832, 8875, 8865, 8937, 8082, 966\nPerform Federal K-1 schedule and State K-1 schedule review for all Partners\nPrepare and review tax work papers that calculate partnership taxable income\nGather and analyze financial information from underlying portfolio companies \nTrack partnership/partner tax basis \nAssist with the preparation and review of quarterly income estimates \nPrepare ASC 740 tax provision workpapers\nProvide support on miscellaneous projects and ad-hoc requests \nAnalyze and document issues and help debug issues found by users or support team \nInteract with tax and fund accounting team in US \nDesired Candidate Profile:\nPostgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline \n3-5 years’ experience in US Taxation, with a focus on Partnership and Corporate fund structures\nExperience in Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge Fund, Credit, and/or Fund-of-Fund structures\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills \nStrong multi-tasking capabilities and can deliver under tight deadlines \nStrong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word) \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate and partner with multiple stakeholders;
