Within our Tax practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. workstreams to drive insights and support strategic decision-making\n- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets\n- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize client operations\n- Managing and mentoring teams to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes\n- Building and maintaining data pipelines and integration
