With hands-on learning, cutting-edge tools and an inclusive culture, this is your opportunity to do inspiring work that makes a difference-every day.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManaging and leading the client - Centre of Excellence(COE) Asia Tax Team to develop wider team capabilities in respect of tax related processes. \nProviding tax support throughout a deal cycle across APAC jurisdictions. \nOverseeing the process and quality of structure chart maintenance\nLeading the Check the box (“CTB”) elections process for portfolio companies and SPVs\nManaging the US tax forms (eg, FATCA, CRS forms) delivery through liaising with key stakeholders across Asia and U.S.\nProviding critical support (including coordination and collation of data) for US tax reporting.\nManaging key information in client internal entity database with BDG, and the relevant finance/ asset management team. \nTracking individual travels for PE risk management \nLeading process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.\nIdentifying process gaps and initiate process improvement projects within the COE team. \nProviding support on miscellaneous projects and ad-hoc requests as and when needed \nDesired Candidate Profile:\nCandidate must have team management experience; and be able to demonstrate strong team management and leadership skills to grow and mentor a team\nCandidate must be a Postgraduate or Chartered Accountant with knowledge of accounting and finance\nCandidate should have at least 6-9 years of relevant experience in tax compliance, US tax experience is preferred\nCandidates with experience in a private equity/ real estate business is preferred\nThe candidate should possess strong business judgement, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills\nThe candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
