You will be part of a dynamic team that drives Field Service & Operations Modernisation, leveraging your skills to enhance business application consulting and Maximo Consulting. You will uphold professional standards and contribute to the broader objectives of your projects, enhancing your strengths and addressing development areas through reflection and self-awareness.\nResponsibilities\nWorking familiarity with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise fundamentals - geodatabases, versioning, and feature services.\nSome exposure to building or supporting integrations between GIS platforms and downstream systems such as\nADMS.\nBasic FME workflow-building skills, or a strong general ETL/scripting background and a fast learning curve.\nPython and SQL scripting ability; ArcPy experience is a plus but not required at this level.\nBonus: curiosity about using AI-assisted tools to speed up development or testing work.\nArcGIS Utility Network ArcGIS Enterprise FME SQL Python ArcPy AI-assisted tooling\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least a Bachelor's degree\n- At least 1+ years of experience\n- Oral and written proficiency in English required\nGet hands-on with cutting-edge Esri Utility Network technology from day one, on a programme built to push it\nfurther than most.\nSee both halves of a migration - how data is built and how it's proven to work downstream - before choosing\nwhere to specialise.\nWork alongside a team actively exploring where AI and automation can take this kind of engineering next.\nBuild a genuinely broad early-career foundation across GIS development and systems integration, rather than a\nnarrow slice of either.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nA developer's mindset - you'd rather write and debug the workflow than describe it for someone else to build.\nSome exposure to geodatabases, ETL tooling (FME or similar), or general scripting; deep Esri experience is a bonus,\nnot a bar to entry.\nPrior exposure to the electrical utility domain is a real plus, but not required - genuine curiosity matters more\nthan a head start.\nA growing sense of how a real electrical network problem - a mismatched asset, a broken connectivity trace -\nshould translate into a GIS or AI-assisted fix;
