As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop staff, manage project workstreams, and validate timelines and deliverables while bringing a practical understanding of business needs, technology delivery, and quality review. In this role at PwC, you will guide work across AWS, Redshift, CI/CD, and MLOps activities, coordinate technical execution, support stakeholder discussions, and help advance cloud data modernization efforts that turn data into usable insight.\nResponsibilities\n- Leading AWS-based data platform initiatives across Redshift, Databricks, and Snowflake environments\n- Managing client delivery workstreams for data engineering, platform modernization, and analytics enablement\n- Guiding teams in building, testing, and deploying data pipelines, ETL processes, and transformation logic\n- Developing CI/CD workflows for infrastructure, application, and data release automation\n- Designing scalable cloud data architectures that support performance, security, and integration needs\n- Overseeing ML Ops activities that support model deployment, monitoring, and operational readiness\n- Applying data modeling, warehouse design, and query tuning methods to improve platform performance\n- Reviewing technical deliverables, resolving delivery issues, and advancing team skills through coaching\n- Identifying modernization opportunities across data infrastructure, migration,
