As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior staff, manage project timelines, and apply sound judgment while navigating complex client needs and multiple delivery priorities. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will help deliver Azure Databricks solutions across data engineering activities, collaborating across Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Data, Analytics & AI to support client-focused work and strengthen delivery across modern data platforms.\nResponsibilities\n- Leading Azure Databricks data engineering workstreams across data modernization initiatives\n- Managing client delivery activities, timelines, and work priorities for cloud-based data platforms\n- Guiding teams in building and optimizing data pipelines, data transformations, and data validation processes\n- Developing and reviewing data architecture, data modeling, and warehouse design choices for scalable solutions\n- Overseeing integration of Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, and Databricks workflows across data environments\n- Applying performance tuning, query optimization, and database administration methods to improve platform reliability\n- Coaching team members on data engineering practices, technical problem solving, and delivery execution\n- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, security, and governance across analytics platforms\n- Supporting stakeholder discussions on Databricks and Azure design choices, implementation risks, and delivery tradeoffs\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least a Bachelor's degree\n- At least 9+ years of
