As an Associate you will build your skills by contributing to client engagements, adapting to varied assignments, asking questions, and taking ownership of quality work while learning from more experienced team members. In this role at PwC, you will work within our Tax Compliance practice and General Tax Consulting network, helping deliver practical support on tax planning, compliance, and strategy tasks while developing commercial awareness and a clearer understanding of how client needs shape day-to-day work.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in the calculation of State and Foreign (IRC 1446, IRC 1441) tax withholdings\nAssist in the review of non-resident state withholding waivers forms \nReview the following tax forms: 1065, 1120, 588, 1099, W-8, 8832, 8875, 8865, 8937, 8082, 966\nPerform Federal K-1 schedule and State K-1 schedule review for all Partners\nPrepare and review tax work papers that calculate partnership taxable income\nGather and analyze financial information from underlying portfolio companies\nTrack partnership/partner tax basis\nAssist with the preparation and review of quarterly income estimates\nPrepare ASC 740 tax provision workpapers\nParticipate in process documentation efforts and the creation of SOPs\nIdentify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects\nProvide support on miscellaneous projects and ad-hoc requests\nDesired Candidate Profile:\nPostgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline \n1-3 years’ experience in US Taxation, with a focus on Partnership and Corporate fund structures \nExperience in Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge Fund, Credit, and/or Fund-of-Fund structures \nStrong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word) \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills\nStrong multi-tasking capabilities and can deliver under tight deadlines\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate and partner with multiple stakeholders;
