As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, use sound judgment in complex situations, coach teams through ambiguity, and bring clear communication and strategic input that supports operational excellence. In this role at PwC, you will guide delivery across Databricks-based data solutions, bring structure to changing priorities, and help develop data infrastructure that supports business growth and practical analytics outcomes.\nResponsibilities\n- Leading data engineering workstreams for Databricks-based client solutions across data modernization initiatives\n- Designing and building scalable data pipelines, integration patterns, and transformation logic to support analytics and reporting needs\n- Developing cloud-based data architectures using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and related platforms\n- Applying data modeling, warehouse design, and performance tuning methods to improve data availability and query response times\n- Coordinating technical delivery across teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions\n- Validating data quality, lineage, and transformation logic throughout the development lifecycle\n- Guiding teams through complex implementation issues, tradeoffs, and dependencies across multiple workstreams\n- Coaching team members on data engineering methods, delivery planning, and technical problem solving\n- Presenting progress, risks, and solution options to client leaders in a clear and concise manner\n- Supporting the development of reusable frameworks and delivery approaches that improve efficiency
