You will support solutions across Workforce Strategy, Organization Design, Talent, Leadership Development, Culture Change, and Learning Strategy. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.\nIn this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, synthesize insights from data and stakeholder inputs, and develop practical recommendations that support broader transformation objectives. You will assist in planning and conducting interviews, workshops, and leadership reviews, confirming outcomes are captured and reflected clearly in deliverables. Working within our Advisory practice, you will contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development, including innovative approaches and methodologies.
