Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. By embracing challenges and asking questions, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow, building a brand for yourself and opening doors to more opportunities within the firm.\nResponsibilities\n- Supporting the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations\n- Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize managed services processes and tools\n- Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency\n- Designing and developing automation frameworks to support business process improvements\n- Implementing workflow automation solutions to drive operational excellence\n- Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery\n- Analyzing data to identify patterns and inform process optimization strategies\n- Assisting in the development of service level management plans to meet client expectations\n- Contributing to the design and execution of automation solutions for client projects\n- Gathering and interpreting information to support business transformation efforts\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least a Bachelor's degree\n- At least 2 years of experience\n- Oral and written proficiency in English required\nRequired Qualifications\nProven DevOps, platform, or deployment engineering experience shipping to production.\nStrong CI/CD and release-automation experience.\nHands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nInfrastructure as Code experience and strong AWS fluency.\nScripting ability for automation (Python and/or Bash).\nAbility to integrate into a client's existing identity, security, and networking setup.\nA real understanding of how AI and LLM applications are deployed and run in production, including model serving and RAG/vector infrastructure.\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Associate.
