Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) and modern cloud-native data architectures.\nYou will leverage your expertise across Guidewire data products, ETL frameworks, reporting platforms, integration patterns, and cloud data services to lead and manage large-scale insurance data initiatives.\nWhat Your Day Will Look Like\nEngage proactively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients\n\nLead solution design workshops for Guidewire data and reporting platforms during Discovery, Inception and build phases.\n\nProvide technical leadership across DataHub, InfoCenter, CDA, Data Platform and enterprise integrations. Mentor developers, analysts, and junior technical staff\n\nDrive adoption of best practices around data quality, data lineage, and data security in Guidewire data platforms to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).\n\nDefine scalable and secure data architecture patterns aligned to Guidewire Cloud standards collaborating with business and architecture teams to define reporting and analytics strategies\n\nConduct architecture reviews and technical assessments to align Guidewire implementations with enterprise data strategy\n\nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of Guidewire data solutions, from requirements gathering and architecture design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\n\nSupport project planning, estimation, and technical governance activities\n\nBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders and senior leadership teams\n\nProvide thought leadership and contribute to industry forums, whitepapers, or client-facing webinars focused on data modernization in the insurance sector.\n\nThis Role is for You If\nYou have strong experience in Guidewire DataHub, InfoCenter, CDA, Data Studio or Guidewire data platforms\n\nYou have expertise in enterprise data architecture, ETL design, and integration patterns\n\nYou have experience delivering Guidewire Cloud or Insurance Suite transformation programmes\n\nYou have a strong understanding of insurance domain data across Policy, Claims, Billing, and Customer ecosystems\n\nYou are experienced with cloud-based data solutions and modern analytics platforms\n\nYou have prior experience with metadata management tools and data cataloguing solutions within the Guidewire ecosystem.\n\nCertification(s) in Guidewire, Cloud technologies, Data Engineering, or Scrum/Agile methodologies or Insurance Suite Analyst Certification - any Guidewire xCenter (Guidewire PolicyCenter (GWPC), Guidewire ClaimCenter (GWCC) or Guidewire BillingCenter (GWBC)) will be beneficial\n\nYou can monitor emerging Guidewire releases, cloud service offerings, and industry trends to recommend and implement roadmap enhancements proactively.\n\nWhat you’ll receive from us:\nNo matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.\nWe offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site;
