Together, we’re building trust and shaping the future. \nWhat you’ll do:\nAct as a delivery partner and representative of the People & Culture function for all lines of service and enabling functions teams, providing a consistent “front door” to people services. \nLead and manage People & Culture projects from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, delivery, and benefits realisation. \nSupport the full employee lifecycle across the firm, including workforce planning, talent mapping, remuneration alignment, promotions cycles, performance & development processes, onboarding and offboarding, and engagement initiatives. \nProvide advisory support and coaching to managers on employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances) \nPartner with Strategic People and Culture Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (e.g., Performance & Reward, WH&S, Workforce Strategy, L&D, Diversity and Inclusion, ER) to design and deliver programs aligned to business outcomes. \nOperate within our service delivery model and case management tools (ServiceNow, Workday) to triage requests, manage SLAs, and ensure timely, accurate resolution. \nAnalyse people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; recommend and implement continuous improvements to processes and employee experience. \nSupport change management and communications for people initiatives, driving adoption and embedding new ways of working. \nContribute to knowledge management (playbooks, FAQs, toolkits) to enable self-service and consistent delivery across the firm. \nBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels; provide clear, pragmatic advice and maintain high standards of confidentiality and integrity. \nEmbed AI into day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement using approved AI capabilities to streamline workflows, automate repeatable tasks, surface insights.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nCore skills\nDegree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline. \nProven experience in operational HR and people service delivery within complex, matrixed environments. \nStrong knowledge of HR principles, the Fair Work Act, enterprise agreements, awards and employment legislation in Australia. \nProficiency with HR systems and tools, ideally including ServiceNow (case/ticketing) and Workday (HCM). \nStrong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities. \nSolid project management capability with attention to detail, risk awareness, and outcome orientation. \nData literacy and analytical skills to turn insights into practical actions and measurable improvements. \nExcellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional employee and manager experience.\nDon't meet every requirement?
