As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, and develop deliverables while building client relationships, interpreting feedback, and guiding junior team members as part of a role that calls for problem-solving, technical skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity. In this role at PwC, you will support solution design and implementation activities across asset management, maintenance, dispatch, real-time monitoring, resource planning, and technology integration, using platforms such as IFS, SAP, Salesforce, Maximo, and ESRI to help clients improve operational performance and service delivery.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Senior Associate, you will also contribute within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network and Functional & Industry Technologies competency, bringing a deeper understanding of business context and methods that support field service and operations modernization. You will review work for accuracy, mentor associates and junior team members, interpret data to inform insights, and adapt to shifting client needs while developing your personal brand and technical skills in a role that combines client-facing delivery, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement custom solutions in IFS Cloud EAM/ERP. Customize IFS modules to meet specific business needs by writing and modifying PL/SQL code, utilizing APIs, and creating custom fields, menus, and reports.\nDevelop and implement integration solutions using IFS Connect/REST (OData/Projections) and coordinate cutover to Ensure seamless data flow and integrity across the organization.\nOwn data migration using templates, cleansing rules, validation, migration jobs and coordinate cutover.\nConfigure IFS Cloud Aurana (Lobbies, Workflows, pages, custom fields/actions, projections), permissions/security, and application parameters.\nDevelop reports/analytics using Quick Reports/SQL, IFS Report Designer, IFS Report Studio.\nCollaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and create technical specifications. Document technical changes, configurations, and custom code to ensure knowledge transfer and system maintainability.\nProvide technical support to resolve complex issues within the IFS system, identifying root causes and implementing timely fixes. Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend optimization techniques to enhance system efficiency.\nSupport the upgrade process for IFS Cloud, including testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing. Work closely with the IFS support team and internal IT to manage patches, upgrades, and enhancements.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root-cause analysis and solution-based development.\nEffective communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to manage development tasks within project timelines and adapt to changing priorities.\nHigh level of accuracy and focus on quality in development work and documentation.\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least a Bachelor's degree\n- At least 5+ years of experience\n- Oral and written proficiency in English required\nMinimum 5+ years of experience working with IFS Cloud and 2+ years of experience in Integration Experience.\n5+ years of experience as a technical developer in IFS Cloud EAM/ERP environments.\nExperience in at least 2 end to end implementation of any IFS Cloud Projects\nImplementation and configuration knowledge across IFS Cloud ERP, EAM,\nDemonstrated configuration expertise in core EAM processes (PM programs, work orders, resources, failure codes, materials).\nWorking knowledge of Projections/REST APIs, IFS Connect, security/permission sets, and data migration tools.\nStrong PLSQL (Oracle) for troubleshooting and Reports.\nUnderstanding of discrete and/or process workflows and how they integrate with IFS Cloud module.\nExposure to integration between IFS Cloud and other systems.\nIFS Functional Certified Practitioner in Financials/ Human Capital management / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Project ( Preferred )\nIFS Certified Practitioner Technical Consultant ( Required )\nIFS Certified Practitioner Integration Developer\nIFS Practitioner Consultant -
