cash movements and private equity investment activity\nMonitor and reconcile fund-level and deal-level credit facility activity\nPrepare and process investment, follow-on, and distribution wire transfers\nMaintain and review fund accounting records, including journal entries and general ledger activity\nPerform expense allocations and process invoices across funds, SPVs, and management entities\nPrepare quarterly and annual fund financial statements, including related disclosures\nPrepare and maintain investor capital account statements\nCalculate, accrue, and bill management fees and fund expenses\nPrepare carried interest and waterfall calculations in accordance with fund governing documents\nPrepare and execute capital calls and investor distributions\nRespond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner\nParticipate in quarterly financial close and firm-wide reporting processes\nAssist with regulatory, compliance, and audit-related reporting requirements\nAssist in the review of accounting activity and select reporting deliverables\nSupport technology implementation initiatives, including requirements gathering, testing, and process integration\nContribute to special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least a Bachelor's degree\n- Oral and written proficiency in English required\nExperience\n2 to 3 years of relevant experience in -\nPrivate equity, real estate, or credit fund administration and/or public accounting\nSolid understanding of private equity, real estate, or credit fund structures, capital activity, and investor reporting\nTechnical & Analytical Skills:\nFamiliarity with private equity, real estate, or credit fund waterfall concepts, including preferred returns and carried interest (conceptual understanding acceptable)\nFluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, international team environment\nStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, client-service mindset\nDemonstrated commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and responsiveness\nHighly motivated self-starter with strong
