Within our Assurance practice, you will engage with clients across various functions, leveraging your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to provide exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include executing outsourced processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation.\nAs a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing your personal brand. You are expected to embrace ambiguity, ask insightful questions, and use these moments as opportunities for growth.\nIn this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be instrumental in managing key processes and functions on behalf of clients, resolving escalations, and enriching data. Your ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations will be crucial in delivering value and maintaining professional standards.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare and review customized Investor reporting templates for all Real Estate funds, ensuring accuracy and quality\nDevelop a good understanding of real estate private equity funds’ operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications and the reporting source data. \nPrepare Quarterly Investor Reports and Performance Summaries.\nProvide Audit confirmation to auditors and handle auditor inquiries\nPerform Management Fee calculations/ Investor memo.\nCreate and review Salesforce tickets for tracking investor requests.\nPerform IRR and Time Weighted Return and Leverage Ratio calculation for Real Estate funds.\nHandling LP Mailbox and investor queries on daily basis\nOnboarding Investors to a fund or Investment platform and manage/update salesforce for onboarding\nHanding ad-hoc requests.\nParticipate in the process of documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.\nResponsible for the training of new and current Investor Reporting Specialists. What You Must Have\nMBA/Postgraduate with good knowledge in Finance and Reporting.\nCandidates must have 4-6 years of total experience with 3 years minimum relevant experience in Investor Reporting and Financial reporting.
