Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver value to our clients. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. review daily cash movements and investment activity across funds and SPVs\nReview and oversee fund-level and deal-level credit facility activity\nPrepare and review investment, follow-on, and distribution wire transfers\nPrepare, review, and maintain fund accounting records, including journal entries and general ledger activity\nOversee expense allocations and invoice processing across funds, portfolio entities, and management companies\nPrepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, including related financial disclosures\nPrepare and review investor capital account statements\nCalculate, review, and oversee the billing of management fees and fund expenses\nPrepare and review carried interest and waterfall calculations in accordance with fund governing documents\nPrepare and oversee capital calls and investor distributions\nRespond to investor inquiries with a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism\nLead or actively participate in quarterly financial close and firm-wide reporting processes\nSupport regulatory, compliance, and audit-related reporting requirements\nParticipate in technology implementation and enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, user testing, and\nprocess integration\nLead or contribute to special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required\nProven ability to operate effectively in
