As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and apply a client-focused approach while building meaningful relationships and strengthening your technical skills and professional judgment. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to Maximo solution design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution, while using technology resources and consulting methods to deliver work that aligns with client needs and broader business goals.\nResponsibilities\n- Assisting in the analysis and implementation of Maximo software solutions to enhance client operational efficiency\n- Supporting client training and integration processes for seamless utilization of Maximo applications\n- Collaborating with teams to develop and maintain Maximo application integrations and middleware architecture\n- Engaging in project management tasks to facilitate the successful deployment of Maximo solutions\n- Utilizing IBM Maximo Asset Management to optimize asset management and operational workflows\n- Participating in the development of Maximo functional and technical architecture to meet client needs\n- Applying emerging technologies and solution architecture to improve client service delivery\n- Contributing to the modernization of field service and operations through innovative Maximo consulting practices\n- Leveraging intellectual curiosity to explore new methodologies and tools for Maximo development\n- Providing client support by actively listening and responding to feedback to enhance service quality\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least 2 -
