You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Oracle practice, you will manage the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.\nAs a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.\nIn this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Configuring and implementing Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management\n- Leading teams in the analysis and integration of Oracle Finance solutions to meet client strategic objectives\n- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful Oracle Finance implementations\n- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of Oracle Financials\n- Developing and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for business process improvement\n- Overseeing financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards using Oracle Financials\n- Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights\n- Encouraging team
