The role involves conducting strategic analyses, supporting transformation initiatives, generating data-driven insights, and enabling operational excellence across the R&D and commercial value chain.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct primary and secondary research, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking.\nAnalyze complex business problems and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\nSupport client engagements involving R&D operations, clinical trial strategy, and life sciences transformation.\nDevelop executive-level presentations, reports, and client deliverables.\nPerform quantitative and qualitative analyses using healthcare and life sciences data.\nSupport portfolio management, resource planning, and business process improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.\nLeverage emerging technologies, analytics, and GenAI solutions to improve business outcomes.\nParticipate in thought leadership, practice development, and knowledge management activities.\nPreferred Capability Areas\nR&D Operations & Strategic Planning\nUnderstanding of pharmaceutical and life sciences R&D operations.\nKnowledge of portfolio, resource, and financial management processes.\nExposure to clinical trial management systems (CTMS, EDC).\nUnderstanding of R&D governance, reporting frameworks, and operational planning.\nFamiliarity with clinical data standards, system integrations, and data migration processes.\nClinical Trial Strategy\nExperience supporting clinical trial design, study optimization, or clinical operations.\nKnowledge of protocol development, site selection, patient recruitment, and decentralized trials.\nUnderstanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.\nFamiliarity with clinical trial databases such as ClinicalTrials.gov and Trialtrove.\nPharmaceutical & Life Sciences Strategy\nKnowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences ecosystem.\nExperience with product launch strategy, market access, lifecycle management, and commercialization initiatives.\nUnderstanding of pharmaceutical pricing concepts such as WAC, ASP, AMP, and Gross-to-Net.\nExposure to healthcare datasets including claims, EHR, and prescription data.\nExperience supporting analytics or AI-driven business transformation initiatives.\nRequired Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to synthesize large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information.\nExperience creating executive-ready presentations and reports.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nStructured thinking and hypothesis-driven problem solving.\nAbility to work effectively in a global delivery model and manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred Technical Skills\nWorking knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.\nExperience with Python, SQL, or statistical analysis tools.\nKnowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization platforms.\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, RAG, predictive analytics, and intelligent agents.\nExposure to Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.\nExperience with AI assisted rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, v0, Codex)\nEducational Qualifications\nCandidates should possess one of the following:\nMBA from a reputed institution with specialization in
