You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. strategies.\nResponsibilities\n- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency\n- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications\n- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud\n- Developing and managing project plans for Salesforce implementations, confirming timely delivery\n- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive client success\n- Conducting business process modeling to align Salesforce solutions with client objectives\n- Leading technical consultation sessions to address client-specific requirements and challenges\n- Facilitating the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design in Salesforce development of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions with a focus on Veeva CRM integrations.\nBuild custom Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, Flows, Omnistudio, etc.) aligned with Pharma/MedTech business processes.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Veeva, and other enterprise applications.\nStakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nProvide technical leadership to junior developers and guide offshore teams when needed.\nBest Practices & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to Salesforce and Veeva best practices, security, and compliance frameworks (21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GDPR).\nConduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and maintain technical documentation.\nInnovation & Optimization\nEvaluate new Salesforce and Veeva features and recommend adoption strategies.\nOptimize performance and scalability of Life Sciences Cloud implementations.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience:\n5+ years of Salesforce development experience.\n2+ years working with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (Pharma, MedTech, Health).\nStrong expertise in Veeva CRM (Sales, Medical, Events Management) and exposure to Veeva Vault.\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Omnistudio.\nExperience with Salesforce Connect, APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft/ETL tools).\nStrong knowledge of data modeling, security, and compliance requirements for regulated industries.\nCertifications (preferred):\nSalesforce Platform Developer II\nSalesforce Industries (Vlocity/Omnistudio) certification\nVeeva CRM Administrator/Developer certification\nSalesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud certification\nPreferred Attributes\nBackground in Pharma, Biotechnology, or MedTech domain.\nStrong problem\n-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work in Agile
