With hands-on learning, cutting-edge tools and an inclusive culture, this is your opportunity to do inspiring work that makes a difference-every day.\nAs a SAP DSD - Manager you will lead client support work within our Technology Consulting practice, guiding SAP Customer Relationship Management activities that help clients improve customer processes, support system adoption, and strengthen day-to-day business operations. As a Manager you will motivate and develop teams, coach team members, manage performance, and take ownership of project planning, timelines, and deliverables while using technology and business knowledge to identify opportunities that support client needs and PwC priorities. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will oversee implementation work, review deliverables, address issues as they arise, and contribute to training and support that help clients use SAP CRM solutions more effectively.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nConfigure and maintain SD functionalities, including Order Management & Fulfillment, Delivery Processing, Billing, Pricing and logistics. \nHas configuration knowledge of Pricing, Order Management & Fulfillment, Billing, and Rebates. \nTransfer business requirements into functional specifications and lead the development life cycle from blueprint to go-live, identifying any gaps and proposing solutions. \nPerform impact analysis on existing markets and propose solutions for any identified gaps. \nDevelop interfaces for order booking and delivery processing. \nUnderstand the dependency of AFS/Retail on MM and FI master data. \nExperience in ABAP debugging to facilitate reverse engineering. \nWork on large global projects with heavy customization. \nLead workshops related to business discussions and guide consultants in AFS SD. \nCoordinate with various businesses, IT stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. \nPossess excellent English communication skills. \nUse feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas. \nProactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above. \nBe involved in the financial metrics. \nBe actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients. \nContribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen. \nUse data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making. \nAdherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management. \nDevelop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges. \nAssist in the management and delivering of large projects. \nTrain, coach, and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development. \nAct to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively. \nKeep up to date with local and national business and economic issues. \nContinue to develop internal relationships and the PwC brand. \nBuild a strong team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration. \nActively engage in cross competency work and contribute to COE activities. \nDemonstrating project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented. What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 10 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart\n10 to 16 years of hands-on experience on the SD module in Support/implementation projects \nExtensive Knowledge on LMD/DSD presales and vansales scenarios. \nWell versed with LMD/DSD settlement process \nExpertise in ITSM process, managed the large team of OTC workstream, set the example for the team. \nAdherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management \n Be flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST) \nLead the Managed Services team, provide status reports to clients on daily incidents/changes/service requests. \nGood Experience in Stakeholders management.
