You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. This role is integral to helping clients optimize their customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve strategic objectives within our Digital Core Modernisation network.\nAs a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. Management (CRM) solutions to optimize client processes\n- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives\n- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to validate successful CRM deployments\n- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and deliver quality client services\n-
