We help clients maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation and transformation programmes.\nWe are currently looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultants with a strong track record of solution delivery and client impact to join our established and growing team at Senior Associate level.\nAt PwC, we don’t just implement Oracle Cloud HCM. We use it as a catalyst for broader business transformation, helping clients unlock value, improve workforce experiences and reimagine what’s possible.\nWhat your days will look like\nWorking as part of our curious and collaborative Oracle team to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy through execution.\nSupporting Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment and post go-live support.\nAnalysing client requirements, facilitating workshops and fit-gap analysis, and translating business needs into practical Oracle HCM solutions.\nConfiguring Oracle Cloud HCM modules and supporting functional design, data, testing, defect resolution and cutover activities.\nPreparing clear documentation, playback materials and status updates, while reviewing your work for quality, accuracy and relevance.\nEscalating risks, issues and dependencies in a timely, structured way, and supporting training and knowledge transfer to help clients adopt Oracle HCM successfully.\nCollaborating across PwC’s Oracle, Workforce Transformation and wider Consulting teams, using feedback and reflection to develop your strengths and share knowledge.\nThis role is for you if\nMandatory requirements\nYou have full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.\nYou have hands-on Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management functional experience and are comfortable contributing to delivery activities across design, configuration, testing and deployment.\nYou are eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance where required for client engagements.\nYou also bring experience in one or more of the following areas (desirable):\nRecruiting Cloud Services\nTalent Management Cloud Services\nLearning Management Cloud Services\nOracle Payroll / Payroll Interface\nOracle Time and Labour Cloud\nOracle Help Desk / NextGen Helpdesk\nOracle ME, Journeys and employee experience capability\nOracle HCM Analytics, OTBI or BI Publisher\nData migration, integrations, HCM Extracts or HDL\nVisual Builder Studio and Redwood extensibility awareness\nOracle AI Agents and emerging AI-enabled Oracle HCM capability\nDemonstrable experience\nRequirements gathering and fit-gap analysis\nFunctional configuration of Oracle HCM modules\nHCM process design and operating model support\nWorkshop preparation, facilitation support and playback documentation\nTest script preparation, test execution and defect management\nTraining, knowledge transfer and user adoption support\nPost go-live support and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM solutions\nProject documentation, status reporting and structured stakeholder communication\nWorking independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality work\nConsulting capability\nYou can build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and PwC colleagues across functional, technical and programme teams.\nYou can communicate Oracle HCM topics in a clear, structured and business-focused way.\nYou bring curiosity, practical problem-solving skills and a strong focus on delivering measurable client value.\nYou have a strong desire to learn, grow and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.\nDesirable qualifications and experience\nActive Oracle Certification(s).\nExisting UK Security Clearance.\nExperience working in Government, Defence, Financial Services or other regulated environments.\nAwareness of the broader Oracle ecosystem, including ERP, EPM, SCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Analytics.\nAdditional information\nTravel within the UK and occasionally overseas may be required depending on client needs.\nHybrid working arrangements are supported, with time split between office, home and client site.\nWhat you’ll receive from us:\nNo matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
