As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to translate business needs into practical technology outcomes. Leading ServiceNow development workstreams across the full delivery cycle from requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment\n- Designing and configuring platform solutions that align with client process needs, technical constraints, and future growth plans\n- Translating business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and implementation tasks for ServiceNow modules and integrations\n- Managing assigned priorities, timelines, and risks while coordinating progress across multiple in-flight work items\n- Developing scripts, workflows, automations, and data mappings to support platform functionality and process improvement\n- Reviewing code, configurations, and defect fixes to validate accuracy, performance, and maintainability\n- Building relationships
