As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead solution design and bid strategy for Defence cyber opportunities, shaping how PwC wins and delivers work across large programmes. You’ll translate deep technical expertise into commercially sound, high-quality proposals, working with sector leaders to grow our Defence business and strengthen cyber resilience across critical national infrastructure and mission-critical systems.\nWhat your days will look like\nYou’ll lead the design of cyber solutions and proposals that enable PwC to win and deliver impactful work in the Defence sector:\nLead solution design and bid strategy from opportunity shaping through to submission\n\nDesign delivery models, including team structures, tools and approaches tailored to each engagement\n\nDevelop and review high-quality proposal content, ensuring technical credibility and alignment to client needs\n\nDefine PwC’s role within complex programmes, including collaboration with internal teams and external partners\n\nSupport client engagement activity where technical expertise is required to progress opportunities\n\nDevelop reusable cyber propositions and contribute to the growth of Defence offerings\n\nThis role is for you if\nYou have significant experience in cyber security, including time spent within or supporting the Defence sector\n\nYou have a strong technical foundation, with hands-on experience in security architecture, assurance or cyber operations\n\nYou have experience leading or contributing to successful bids within complex, regulated environments\n\nYou understand Defence security governance, assurance and accreditation processes\n\nYou are able to design pragmatic delivery models within large, multi-party programmes\n\nYou are confident presenting and writing clear, compelling technical content for senior stakeholders\n\nYou hold current Developed Vetting (DV) clearance (or recently lapsed and renewable)\n\nWhat you’ll receive from us:\nNo matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.\nWe offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site;
