MBA in Operations, Strategy preferred.\n6-8+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or sourcing strategy.\nExperience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Chemicals, or allied industries with exposure to sourcing of direct materials such as APIs, excipients, solvents, specialty chemicals, or biologics.\nFamiliarity with GMP supply chains, supplier audits, regulatory frameworks, and operations processes (manufacturing/packaging/quality).\nStrong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement analytics, and supplier management.\nDemonstrated ability to lead negotiations, influence stakeholders, and drive cost savings.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement analytics tools.
