Our focus is on helping clients gain confidence in their internal controls, governance and risk management processes and related controls as they implement new systems and processes.In system transformation solutions at PwC, you will \nassist clients with business transformations leveraging SAP digital solutions (such as ERP, tools, and other business applications). The AC team functions as an extension of our overseas Engagement Teams and works closely with those teams as well as directly with clients.\nRequirements:\nPreferred Knowledge/Skills:\nMust have SAP ECC/S4 audit experience.\nExperience / Exposure to System Transformation (Pre / Post Implementation) Projects for Audit / Non-Audit clients.\nFamiliarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and supporting artifacts for controls\nExperience leading walkthroughs directly with clients for business and IT processes.\nExperience in testing IT Applications/Automated controls (ITAC) around Business Process such as OTC (Order to Cash), PTP (Procure to Pay), RTR (Record to Report) etc.\nExperience in reviewing and testing key reports,ensuring key risks (such as completeness & accuracy) related to IPE (Information Produced by Entity) are addressed.\nStrong communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively collaborate with US based teams and clients.\nAgility in a dynamic consulting environment, with a desire to grow within this setting.\nPreparing reports and deliverables for clients and other stakeholders.\nDeveloping and maintaining internal and external relationships.\nIdentifying and pursuing business opportunities, supporting line management in proposal development, and managing, coaching, and supporting team members.\nSupporting Engagement Managers with engagement scoping and planning activities.\nCoaching team members in task completion.\nCollaborating effectively with local and regional teams and clients.\nSupporting Engagement Managers in drafting client deliverables for review by Engagement Leaders.\nManaging project economics for engagement teams.\nConducting detailed review activities and providing coaching to junior team members.\nSOX audit and controls experience.
