You will be at the forefront of client support, utilizing your skills to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.\nResponsibilities\n- Analyzing complex problems to develop and implement strategic solutions within managed services\n- Leading the design and development of automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency\n- Managing stakeholder engagement to align project objectives with client expectations\n- Overseeing the delivery of business process automation initiatives to drive transformation\n- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize service delivery and improve operational performance\n- Coordinating project planning and delivery to meet timelines and budgetary constraints\n- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to enhance service management\n- Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for optimization\n- Facilitating risk documentation and operational risk management to mitigate potential issues\n- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least a Bachelor's degree\n- At least 4 - 6 years of experience\n- Oral and written proficiency in English required\n- Hands on experience with AI, Power BI, Power Automate, a wide range of Tools, MS365 products, Copilot, Claude Code and/or other AI / Agentic products, and Azure Hyperscaler\n- Excellent understanding of Managed Service Delivery -
