Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and drive business transformation. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. effectively\n- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations\n- Utilizing technical proficiency in enterprise software and systems project management to enhance client solutions\n- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business process challenges\n- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable Workday solutions to optimize business performance\n- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across Workday consulting teams\n- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday frameworks\n- Identifying opportunities for process standardization and improving client service delivery\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least a Bachelor's degree\n-
