As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and support junior team members while navigating complex situations, developing your personal brand, and deepening your technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will analyze client requirements, contribute to implementation efforts, provide training and support for Workday HCM applications, and help deliver solutions that align with broader business objectives.\nResponsibilities\n- Analyzing Workday Adaptive Planning requirements and translating client needs into configuration and support activities\n- Supporting implementation workstreams for human capital applications, including data validation, testing, and issue tracking\n- Configuring planning models, assumptions, and reports to align with workforce planning and talent management objectives\n- Interpreting client feedback and project inputs to refine deliverables and address gaps in system setup\n- Preparing training materials and guiding end users through Workday Adaptive Prism processes and workflows\n- Reviewing work products for accuracy and consistency before handoff to client teams or internal reviewers\n- Collaborating across project teams to manage tasks, identify risks, and keep deliverables moving on schedule\n- Applying analytical thinking to support process improvement, reporting, and client problem resolution\nWhat You Must Have\n- At least a Bachelor's degree\n- At least 2 years of experience\n- Oral and written proficiency in English required\nWhat Sets You Apart\n- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications
