Together, we’re building trust and shaping the future.\nWhat you’ll do:\nClient Services & Workplace Operations\nDeliver high-quality services across client floors and meeting rooms.\nManage facilities and tenancy-related issues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.\nOversee Welcome Crew and catering services, including supplier management.\nEnsure spaces are well presented, functional, and compliant.\nTeam Leadership & Collaboration\nLead, motivate, and support a diverse team to deliver consistent, customer-focused outcomes.\nProvide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to support team performance and development.\nParticipate in Workplace projects and manage tasks aligned to business needs.\nCollaborate closely with interstate colleagues and wider Workplace teams.\nFacilities & Tenancy Management\nBuild strong relationships with Building Management, suppliers, and contractors.\nCoordinate internal moves, occupancy reporting, and car park allocations.\nSupport invoicing, finance reporting, and facilities-related administration.\nIdentify and escalate any issues relating to office fit-out or workplace integrity.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nCore Skills\nProven experience leading diverse teams with varied roles and responsibilities.\nProven experience in office management & leading a small team of operations employees.\nProven experience in facilities management.\nDemonstrated experience in management of maintenance activities and contractor management.\nStrong business acumen with demonstrated budget management and financial skills.\nStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.\nAble to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and deliver outcomes with accountability.\nDemonstrated discretion and strong verbal and written communication skills.\nDesirable Skills\nIntermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications.\nBackground in corporate, customer service, hospitality, or retail environments.\nCustomer-centric, adaptable, and responsive in a fast-changing environment.\nDon't meet every requirement?
