For more information visit www.pxlimited.com\nWe are pleased to announce that px Group have taken over operations of the Shetland Gas Plant (SGP) and associated West of Shetland infrastructure, marking the start of a strong new partnership with Serica Energy plc.\nThe Shetland Gas Plant is a key part of the Greater Laggan Area energy system, processing gas from offshore fields West of Shetland and transporting it via the SIRGE and FUKA pipelines to the St Fergus Gas Terminal, where it enters the UK’s National Grid.\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are now recruiting for an Operations Engineer on a contract basis.\nThe Operations Engineer provides on-site support to SGP operations personnel in order to achieve the best operational and safety performance of the wells, subsea facilities, production flowlines and SGP site.
