Build your career with the industry-leading fire, life safety and security company.\nThe Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization’s fire sprinkler inspections efforts.The Project Manager is responsible for a combination of planning and execution of activities related to the delivery of projects for their teams. When executing on delivery, Project Managers are responsible for the success of one or more projects within a given timeline and budget, creation, and maintenance of status reports, proactively managing issues and risks, and working with 3rd party partners.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nLeads a fire sprinkler inspection team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.\nOutlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.\nConducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.\nPrepares and implements a budget based on estimates.\nConducts risk assessments: reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).\nAddresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.\nActs as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.\nCommunicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.\nEnsures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.\nPerform other duties assigned by management.\nEducation/Qualification:\nAt least three years of related experience required.\nPMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.\nSprinkler CSA/Project Management Certification required. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong supervisory and leadership skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.\nThorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nOther Duties:\nAdheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nCompensation:\n$50,000 - $60,000 annually DOE\nAnticipated Close:\n12.30.2026\nBenefits and Perks:\nExcellent pay\nMedical, dental, vision\nCompany paid life insurance\nCompany paid short-term disability\n401K with employer match\nPaid vacation and company holidays\nTraining and Career Development\nCompany vehicle (if job applicable)\nImmediate qualification for the ALL In Ownership Plan for all eligible full-time employees\nOur Commitment:\nPye-Barker is built on four core values - customer-bias, trust, respect, and commitment - that serve as the north star for how we conduct business within our community and across our branches.
