Build your career with the industry-leading fire, life safety and security company.\nThe Schedule Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer service requests, they monitor and adjust the daily schedule as needed to complete the expected and upcoming work in the short term. This position is responsible for collaborating with service managers, office staff, sales staff, field technicians, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth and profitable projects from start to finish.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:\nServes as main liaison for service manager, customers, and field technicians.\n\nAnswering scheduling queries via email and phone.\n\nRescheduling or canceling meetings in a timeous manner.\n\nAble to work under pressure with tight deadlines and demonstrate adaptability in an ever-changing environment.\n\nCoordination of Technicians, General Contractors, Property Management, and outside vendors as needed.\n\nScheduling with customers and multiple teams of technicians for emergency services and scheduled repair jobs.\n\nPerform other duties assigned by management.\n\nEducation/Qualification:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n\nAssociate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or in an industry-related field preferred.\n\nA minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in scheduling software\n\nAdvanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as recordkeeping practices.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nOther Duties:\nAdheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\n\nBenefits and Perks:\nExcellent pay\nMedical, dental, vision\nCompany paid life insurance\nCompany paid short-term disability\n401K with employer match\nPaid vacation and company holidays\nTraining and Career Development\nCompany vehicle (if job applicable)\nImmediate qualification for the ALL In Ownership Plan for all eligible full-time employees\nOur Commitment:\nPye-Barker is built on four core values - customer-bias, trust, respect, and commitment - that serve as the north star for how we conduct business within our community and across our branches.
