They monitor/adjust the daily schedule as needed to complete the expected and upcoming work in the short term. This position is responsible for collaborating with managers, office staff, sales staff, field technicians, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth and profitable projects from start to finish.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:\nSchedule appointments for clients, answer phones and track clients’ service records\n\nAssess the needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider\n\nCreate and maintain a directory of providers and resources\n\nCreate and maintain a database of clients and client needs\n\nBill completed service SRs for local accounts.\n\nOrder any materials needed for the required service.\n\nInteract with clients who are not satisfied, putting service and communication techniques into practice and resolving any conflicts professionally and answering inquiries respectfully\n\nEvaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements\n\nEnsure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs\n\nMaintain good relationships with providers and clients to keep customer base\n\nMonitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued\n\nExpand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services\n\nAnswer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office\n\nPerform other duties assigned by management.\n\nEducation/Qualification:\n1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required\n\nPrevious administrative experience preferred\n\nProficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel\n\nExcellent customer service and problem-solving skills\n\nHigh quality organizational skills\n\nThe ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask\n\nThe ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills\n\nOther Duties:\nAdheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\n\nBenefits and Perks:\nExcellent pay\nMedical, dental, vision\nCompany paid life insurance\nCompany paid short-term disability\n401K with employer match\nPaid vacation and company holidays\nTraining and Career Development\nCompany vehicle (if job applicable)\nImmediate qualification for the ALL In Ownership Plan for all eligible full-time employees\nOur Commitment:\nPye-Barker is built on four core values - customer-bias, trust, respect, and commitment - that serve as the north star for how we conduct business within our community and across our branches.
