This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in campaign fulfilment and data-driven marketing analytics.\n\n Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Gurgaon\n\nKey Skills Required:\n\n- Strong expertise in SQL (data extraction, joins, large datasets)\n\n- Experience in Campaign Fulfilment / Campaign Management\n\n- Solid knowledge of Loans & Deposits (Retail Banking domain)\n\n- BFSI / Banking domain background (nonnegotiable)\n\nRole Overview:\n\n- Work on customer data analysis and segmentation for targeted banking campaigns\n\n- Perform campaign fulfilment activities including audience selection, data extraction, and validation\n\n- Prepare campaign-ready datasets for execution (email, SMS, digital campaigns)\n\n- Ensure compliance checks and data quality before campaign rollout\n\n- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (response, conversion, ROI)\n\n- Collaborate with marketing and business teams on loan and deposit product campaign\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer and SQL Developer.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.\n\n- Extensive experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).\n\n- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\n- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., PowerBI , Tableua) is a plus.\n\n- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.\n\n- Certification in Power BI or SQL is an advantage.v\nSkills\nData Modeling, Data Mining, Data Visualization, Application Support -
