stakeholders.\n\n- Remain hands-on : contribute to design and implementation, unblock the team, and take ownership of critical components.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- 5 to 8 years of professional software development experience.\n\n- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders, document decisions, and influence technical direction across teams.\n\n- Strong expertise in .NET Core.\n\n- Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.\n\n- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.\n\n- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) and AWS.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.\n\n- Knowledge of observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing).\n\n- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD).\n\n- Basic understanding of AI concepts and ability to evaluate AI-driven solutions.\n\nSkills\n.Net,
